Dinnertime

Sitting down together at the dinner table as often as possible is still, highly recommended. It’s a regular time to slow down together and nourish yourself in the company of those you love. It’s a time to share about your day and/or your feelings and thoughts about what’s happening in the world.

Let it be a practice in decompressing in one another’s company. In listening to each other’s opinions and experiences. It doesn’t have to be formal - sitting and eating together are the only requirements.

Oh and one rule: No phones at the dinner table. Not even yours.
