Smoother Mornings

At night, it’s nice to talk about the day your children had, review all that happened and encourage them to reflect.
And - additionally, you can make some tactical moves a regular practice to help with flow the next morning. Here are a handful of ideas / hacks!
Give your kiddos 2-3 options of what they want for breakfast. Show them on a piece of paper and have them circle what they want or put their name by it.
Have them lay out their outfit on their floor. Including shoes, yep.
Pack their snacks and lunch and fill water bottles - whatever is needed for the next day. Have them help if possible.
Be sure they set their backpack by the door you leave through each morning.
It may seem like these are small things but rhythms are key and these will make mornings much, much easier.
