Family Walks
No matter where you live, taking a short walk as a family can bring all kinds of lovely reward. Leave your phone at home, if you can. Even ten minutes to stroll around the block will serve.
Let your kids point out what they see or hear. And you, too, notice what’s around you versus being in your head. Look and listen. Without agenda.

Step outside and take a walk. It may be the simplest way to connect, reset and come into presence.
