Engaged Nursing

To all nursing moms - when you can, engage with your little ones while they nurse.

Of course, you don’t want to distract them too much, but simply let them know you’re with them and that you’re enjoying the precious, close time as much as they are.

One easy way to message this is to not be online while you nurse. I know, some of you may be rolling your eyes.

But, really, I mean it. Take the break yourself - from the constant, endless scrolling and external input. 

And be present with your little ones. They’re soaking in all of your choices and where your attention lies.
